2. Account Registration

To book appointments and access personalised features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use.

3. Booking & Appointments

• •We recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
• •Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to accommodate subsequent appointments.
• •Prices displayed on the Website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Cancellation Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or no-shows, may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows may result in the requirement of a deposit for future bookings.

5. Services & Treatments

Our treatments are performed by qualified professionals. However, results may vary between individuals. We recommend discussing any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities with your therapist before treatment. Oasis Beauty Spa & Aesthetics will not be held liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or allergies.

6. Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available for purchase and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design, is the property of Oasis Beauty Spa & Aesthetics and is protected by South African and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Website without our prior written consent.
